Position Overview:
The practice is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join the team and support a growing patient base. The ideal candidate is a motivated, wellness-focused provider who is comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan. You’ll work closely with experienced physicians and supportive staff to deliver high-quality, preventive care in a friendly and stable practice setting.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care including wellness exams, chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive services
  • Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Educate patients on health promotion, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide coordinated, holistic care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR

Qualifications:
  • Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in New York
  • Board certified by AANP or ANCC
  • 5+ years of experience in family or primary care preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome)
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach
