Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems including PCs, Laptops, monitors, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve software problems including software installations, updates, and maintenance.
Manage service ticket queues and resolves daily hardware and software support calls in a timely and professional manner.
Run diagnostics, troubleshooting programs to determine, isolate and repair PC problems.
Document all user contact, service requests, and problem resolutions.
Ability to assist with office moves and new hardware deployments.
Maintain inventories of software and hardware for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Maintain a high level of communication with customers such as scheduling support call follow-up and confirmation of resolution.
Provide exceptional customer service.
