Job Description
The Help Desk Specialist will report training needs they have identified to the Project Manager. Additionally, the Help Desk Specialist will complete basic tasks within HSD Dynamics such as editing, merging, and deleting data. The Help Desk Analyst will also alert the Project Manager of any system errors that are reported. The HSD Dynamics Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing support to end users of the Human Services Department’s new case management system, HSD Dynamics.


Responsibilities
This includes providing guidance as well as troubleshooting on how to complete basic tasks like:
Enter and process applications
Process applications submitted through the Client Portal
Create service plans, plan services, and service authorizations
Submit a provider request
Assigning cases
Accessing dashboards and views


Qualifications
2 years of Customer service experience
2 years of Excel experience
2 years of customer service/help desk experience
2 years of experience providing customer support for an application
IT certifications (such as Microsoft and/or CRM certifications) HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM Experience as a CRM System Administrator
An associates degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
