Job Description
• Translates multiple business outcomes into solution requirements
• Leads and/or executes the preparation of detailed documentation and clarifies moderate to complex work products requirements
• Provides complex analysis related to understanding and meeting business outcomes
• Drives with others to verify, trace and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• Drives the complete requirements lifecycle from idea through implementation.
• Leads requirement sessions with business leaders and other technology professionals using visual facilitation techniques.
• Agile Delivery Experience
• Facilitation experience
• Strong Communication Skills - oral and written as they will be facilitating as well as documenting story cards
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Tool Experience – JIRA
• Analysis experience on Identity and Access Management projects
