We are looking for a Help Desk Technician. This person will take inbound calls, create tickets, and troubleshoot for our internal users.
• 2 years of experience in a help desk role
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience working off of a ticketing system
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
