Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the technical implementation of the Company’s Acumatica ERP implementation and providing ongoing maintenance and daily operational support after go-live. You will be responsible for maintaining the initial system configuration, installing, and testing system updates and enhancements, managing user profiles and security, and providing user support and training. Your support of users will also include developing reports, dashboards, queries, and saved searches. You will use your understanding of the ERP environment and practical business knowledge to drive initiatives that improve business processes and workflows through utilization of the ERP and its supporting systems.


Responsibilities
During initial implementation: Responsible for data migration from legacy platform. Develop initial queries, reports, and views. Set-up of roles and security.
Manage day to day administration of ERP: Maintain software by troubleshooting, fixing issues or placing service calls. Complete system updates, ensure proper testing and training prior to deployment. Maintain proper system access for all users and roles. Monitor data quality and provide reports on issues and trends. Partner with IT to monitor and maintain integrations to other software tools. Monitor usage and feedback on the customer portal. Escalate and troubleshoot issues reported on the customer portal
Provide internal, ongoing systems/technical support to Acumatica users: Provide user call support. Develop training materials in conjunction with operations training department. Directly support training of super users/functional masters/and subject matter experts (SME’s) utilizing Acumatica’s LMS and training courses. Update all employees on system changes and new processes
ERP System Business Intelligence development: Support end user requests by developing data queries, saved searches, custom screen views and configurations utilizing Acumatica ERP and related databases. Develop reports, dashboards, KPI’s utilizing ERP tools, Power BI, Power Apps and other associated databases and technology. Train subject matter experts in use of BI tools. Drive initiatives that improve existing business processes and workflows within the ERP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation. Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve business processes centered on the Acumatica platform. Maintain up to date knowledge of Acumatica functionality, customization, and integration.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT, Business, Computer Science, Accounting) or equivalent work experience
5+ years’ experience with ERP administration or database administration (Acumatica preferred but not required)
Experience in establishing system integrations
Experience monitoring and governing data quality
Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, query development, workflows
Experience developing reports and dashboards (Power BI)
Experience with SQL and other database tools
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in developing and delivering end-user training
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Construction Equipment Rental or Distribution experience a plus

Limited travel is required to perform the duties of the job.
