Responsibilities
Own the design process for the logistics and applications landscape and solutions
Own the overall SAP Logistic and manufacturing solutions for the company
Own the SAP and other IT applications technical roadmap in the logistic & manufacturing area and provide valuable input to the overall applications planning process.
Primary contact with supplier technical teams for new projects.
Bring the current and future best practices in application design and integration into the IT applications roadmap. Monitor industry trends, provide strategic direction for applications in the Supply Chain and Operations areas
Participate by giving clear direction in technical and functional feasibility and new requirements analysis.
Perform design and application reviews in the logistic areas
Recommend on enhancements, updates, upgrades and innovations.
Work with other departmental teams to research new systems technologies, oversee installation, and resolve adaptation issues.
Assist with development, implementation, and training procedures and policies for team.
Maintain, monitor and ensure adherence to the company’s IT standards and compliance, policies, and procedures for application design and development.
Develops and governs strategy and methodology for enterprise applications including alignment with enterprise strategy, application selection and rationalization, delivery and support model for SaaS and on- premise applications
Leads and coaches team responsible for project management, functional and business analysis, application development, testing, and support of Supply Chain and Operations applications and strategic projects
Strong focus on team development, supporting employee Individual Development Plans to build skills and competencies; maintain a dynamic and highly cross-trained team
Accountable for management of project budgets and resources, including maintaining accurate records within the IT Financial Management Model.
Works with Testing and AMS team to align testing resources and plans, supporting shift to increased automated testing tools and processes.
Liaise with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Production, and IT leads, build effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
Communicate and educate business and IT leads in enterprise applications, underlying architecture and integration strategies
Lead delivery of governance, maintenance and enhancement for all Supply Chain and Operations applications, the underlying architecture and data integrations.



Qualifications
8-10 years - broad technical skill set and awareness of the following technologies, preferably with hands-on experience in a number of these: ABAP, ALE/IDOCs, Workflow, SAP Basis, SAP Solution Manager.
8-10 years In-depth knowledge of SAP product architecture especially WM, IM, SD, QM and PP modules
3-5 years In-depth experience of CPG manufacturing systems like Systore / BPlas / E80/ Aviva
BA/BS degree in an IT or System Engineer related field with a minimum 8-10 years’ experience as SAP Technical/Solution Architect.
Bilingual in English and fluent in conversational Spanish
Implementation experience in one or more middleware products, preferably XI/PI and MuleSoft.
Ability to liaise with third parties for legacy system developments like WMS.
Excellent cross-functional SAP ECC, CRM, SRM and BI knowledge.
Application development lifecycle leadership experience
Demonstrated track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems (globally, or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company)
