Solü Technology Partners has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by Rochester Top Workplaces – ranking #10 in the midsize category. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

According to Democrat & Chronicle, they received a record number of nominations for consideration. Any Rochester area organization with 35 or more employees (public, private, non-profit or government) was eligible to participate. Specifically, 75 companies were surveyed, and of those, 57 were identified as Top Workplaces across three award categories: small, midsize, and large businesses. Employers earn Top Workplaces recognition if their aggregated employee feedback score exceeds national benchmarks.

Says Jim Smith, president and co-founder of Solü, “We’re thrilled to be named a Rochester Top Workplace and are especially honored because it’s based entirely on feedback from our employees. We take pride in our welcoming and engaging culture, and this award is a testament to how our team shows up each and every day.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Energage, the research partner for the project conducts surveys for the program in 65 markets and has surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in 2024.
