Culture, Community and our Commitment

Culture, Community and our Commitment

Written by Mackenzie Spencer, Marketing Specialist for Solü Technology Partners.

“Our company has grown tremendously over the years. When we first started opening new offices in locations outside of New York, I was apprehensive at first. We knew we would be challenged by new markets and we were eager to expand, but one thing that I would not sacrifice is the sense of culture and community we have created here in New York.” – President, Jim Smith.

The culture we have cultivated at Solu Technology Partners is one that we take great pride in.

Being in the “Recruiting Industry”, we are in the business of people; and people have values that are important to them. At Solü Technology Partners we believe it is important to honor the values of our employees. One way we achieve this is by getting involved with the organizations or causes that our employees are passionate about.

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much” – Helen Keller
