Solü Technology Partners, a national technology staffing and software solutions provider, has again been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by Rochester Top Workplaces – ranking #8 in the midsize category! The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
According to Democrat & Chronicle, they received a record number of nominations for consideration. Any Rochester area organization with 35 or more employees (public, private, non-profit or government) was eligible to participate. Specifically, 101 companies were surveyed and of those, 68 companies were identified as Top Workplaces across three award categories: small, midsize and large businesses. There were a total of 21,003 employees who participated in the survey process. Employers earn Top Workplaces recognition if their aggregated employee feedback score exceeds national benchmarks.

Energage, the research partner for the project conducts surveys for the program in 61 markets and has surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in 2022.
