Solü Technology Partners has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by AZ Top Workplaces! The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
According to Energage, they received a record number of nominations for consideration. Any Arizona organization with 35 or more employees (public, private, non-profit or government) was eligible to participate. Specifically, 211 companies were surveyed and of those, 140 companies were identified as Top Workplaces across three award categories: small, midsize and large businesses. There were a total of 63,297 employees who participated in the survey process. Employers earn Top Workplaces recognition if their aggregated employee feedback score exceeds national benchmarks.

Energage, the project’s research partner, conducts surveys for the program in 61 markets and has surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year.
